Returns & Replacements
At Yuva Jewelss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Receive a return authorization number
- Package the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items, items damaged by misuse, and items returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for return.
